About Us

Williams & Associates, Inc., began in July 1987 and was formed as a result of a split between Riddle & Williams, established in 1981.

Our facilities are conveniently located for easy access from several major freeways. We have three acres of land with a 10,000 square foot building: 7,000 square feet of inside warehouse and 3,000 square feet of modern offices. Our property was purchased with the foresight for the expansion of our business in anticipation of improving economic conditions and growth opportunities.

A computerized quotation system enables us to quickly quote and carefully track projects from inception to completion. We are able to react quickly to many changes or problems on a particular project.

We present ourselves as a young, aggressive sales force with over 170 years of combined experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry. We take pride in the knowledge we have about the products we represent. Our policy is to build for the future with a commitment and a faith in superiority of service, products and people. We know our customers and are not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get the job done -- whatever it takes.

Fran Williams, President and Outside Sales

Outside sales territory including Birmingham and Central Alabama regions. A manufacturers representative in the plumbing and HVAC markets for the past thirty years calling on wholesalers, contractors, and design engineers in the Alabama/Northern Florida region.

Ann Cline, Bookkeeper/Receptionist

Ann is responsible for accounts payable, receivable, and money management. Ann has been in this business for thirty years and worked with me for twenty one of them.

David Cook, Inside Sales Specialist

David has over thirty years experience in the HVAC market and is primarily responsible for developing our HVAC mechanical product quotations.

Pat Sanders, Outside Sales

Pat Sanders Company blended into ours in March of 1997 and has added the best salesman in the territory to our company. Pat is well known throughout the entire territory for his enthusiasm and hustle and is primarily responsible for the south Alabama and Florida Panhandle territory.

Vic Williams, Outside Sales

Vic brings over 15 years of sales experience to our company and is responsible for the northern territory including Huntsville, Decatur, Florence, and Athens.

David Howell, Inside Sales

David spent 23 years in the plumbing wholesale side of the industry before joining with us in June of 1998, and was familiar with many of our products. David's primary responsibility is developing our plumbing quotations.

Brad Echols, Inside Sales

Brad joined the company in 1999 and is our inside sales anchor. In addition to inside sales, Brad makes sales calls on the Birmingham area wholesalers and has recently accepted the challenge of office manager.

Austin Baker, Inside Sales

Austin joined us in April of 2006 and has worked as service center manager and now is full time inside sales for plumbing and HVAC products. Austin is familiar with all factories, procedures for order entry and follow up. Give him a call and let him help you.

Keith Kennedy, HVAC Estimator

Keith is a recent graduate of UAB and has been working with us for 8 months while finishing school. As a full time employee, Keith will be assisting with HVAC quotes and inside sales.

Cam Davies, Service Center Manager

Cam comes to us with a plumbing distributor background and is presently our service center manager, overseeing the warehouse, shipping, receiving and organizing us in warehouse. He also has an inside sales desk and can help you with our plumbing products.
