Williams & Associates, Inc., began in July 1987 and was formed as a result of a split between Riddle
& Willams, established in 1981.
Our facilities are conveniently located for easy access from several major freeways. We have three acres
of land with a 10,000 square foot building: 7,000 square feet of of inside warehouse and 3,000 square feet of modern offices.
Our property was purchased with the foresight for the expansion of our business in anticipation of improving economic conditions
and growth opportunities.
A computerized quotation system enables us to quickly quote and carefully track projects from inception to completion.
We are able to react quickly to many changes or problems on a particular project.
We present ourselves as a young, professional sales force with an aggressive approach to the markets we cover.

Our Employees:
Fran Williams
Fran Williams is president and owner of Williams & Associates. Fran
has been in the rep industry for over 30 years and continues to lead our growing company. Fran's focus
encompasses our entire customer base from contractors, wholesalers, engineers and architects throughout our territory.
Ann Cline
Ann is responsible for accounts payable, receivable and money management. Ann has
been in the business for over thirty years and has been with us for 22 years.
David Cook
With over thirty years experience in the HVAC market, David's primary focus is generating
HVAC mechanical quotations.
Pat Sanders
Pat Sanders Company blended into ours in March of 1997 and has added the best salesman in
the territory to our company. Pat is well known throughout the territory for his enthusiasm and hustle. Pat's
territory includes the southern half of Alabama and the Florida panhandle.
Vic Williams
Vic brings over 15 years of sales experience to our company. Vic is responsible
for calling on contractors, engineers and wholesalers for the northern half of the state of Alabama.
David Howell
Mr. Howell's primary responsibility is developing our plumbing quotations.
David has been our plumbing quotation manager since June of 1998 and continues to generate quotes for customers throughout
the entire territory.
Brad Echols
Brad is our Sales Manager and has been with the company since 1999. Brad is our inside
sales anchor and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
Austin
Baker
Austin joined us in April of 2006 and has taken charge of the warehouse. Austin heads
up all shipping, receiving and service center duties for all products we inventory. Austin has also taken on the responsibility
of having an inside sales desk, and takes calls on all plumbing products.
Mark
Davis
Mark joined us recently in March of 2007 and will cover the contractors and engineers in
our territory. Mark's background includes 24 years of extensive experience in commercial and residential HVAC fields
including design, installation, duct fabrication, temperature controls and a wide range of commercial HVAC start-up and trouble
shooting on boilers, heat pumps and refrigeration systems. Mark's experience will allow us to take our HVAC division
and enter into the chiller, cooling tower and air products side of the market.
